Terms of Sale

  • These Terms of Sale apply to the sale of products or services by FormulaGT.es (EPIC CARS, SL).
  • Each time you use any current or future service of FormulaGT.es (EPIC CARS, SL), you will also be subject to the general and/or specific terms and conditions. The General Terms of Sale (GTS) shall prevail over these Terms of Sale in case of discrepancy between them.
  • Please read these terms carefully before placing your order with FormulaGT.es (EPIC CARS, SL).
  • By placing your order with FormulaGT.es (EPIC CARS, SL), you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Our contract

  • When you place your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. We will also inform you in the email about the details of your product, and up to two PDFs will be attached. One with the Gift Voucher, to be delivered in case of a gift, and another with general information about possible questions before the experience.
  • Once the reservation is made under the beneficiary’s name, only they may use the contracted services or transfer their gift voucher to another person.

1.1 How are laps on a circuit counted?

  • 1 lap means starting from the pit line (boxes) and returning through it WITHOUT CROSSING THE FINISH LINE.
  • A 2-lap experience includes 1 finish line pass.
  • A 3-lap experience includes 2 finish line passes.
  • A 4-lap experience includes 3 finish line passes.

1.2 What is the difference between a long circuit and a short circuit?

  • Short circuits are those with a length of less than 3 kilometers per lap.
  • Long circuits are those with a length equal to or greater than 3 kilometers per lap and do not exceed 3.9 kilometers.
  • Extra-long circuits are those longer than 4 kilometers.

2. Right of withdrawal

  • Unless one of the exceptions described below applies, you may withdraw from your order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day of order validation (as this is always a service provision). To do so, you must inform us of your decision. You must send your request to our email and the organization will confirm receipt by email. It is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period ends. No refund will be processed without following this procedure.

2.1 Effects of withdrawal

FormulaGT.es (EPIC CARS, SL) will refund the product price within 14 days following receipt of the withdrawal notification, using the same method used for purchase.

2.1 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed audio or video recordings if unsealed after delivery
  • Goods or experiences made according to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • A service already performed by FormulaGT.es (EPIC CARS, SL) that you have accepted

3. Prices and payment methods

3.2 Price

  • FormulaGT.es (EPIC CARS, SL) offers prices in euros and all payments must be made in euros.
  • Prices on our website include VAT (21%).
  • FormulaGT.es (EPIC CARS, SL) reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
  • Services are always billed according to the rates in effect at the time of order registration. Prices of already purchased vouchers will not be modified.

3.3 Payment

FormulaGT.es (EPIC CARS, SL) accepts payment via:

  • Bank transfer: The client must indicate the order number; otherwise, the order cannot be validated.
  • Card: All Spanish cards, as well as international Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa cards are accepted. The client agrees to pay the full amount. The company is not responsible for issues related to the electronic payment service. American Express is not accepted.

3.4 Payment security

  • FormulaGT.es (EPIC CARS, SL) has taken all necessary measures to guarantee secure payment.
  • Payment is processed directly through the bank’s virtual POS system.
  • After payment, you will receive confirmation and an order number.
  • FormulaGT.es (EPIC CARS, SL) will never have access to your card details.

General Terms of Sale

1. Application of general terms

  • These general terms govern driving experiences and car tests organized by FormulaGT.es (EPIC CARS, SL).
  • No specific condition may override these GTS.

2. Order confirmation and gift voucher validity

  • An order is considered final once full payment is received.
  • Each purchase generates a gift voucher with a fixed or open date.
  • Only the named beneficiary may use or transfer the voucher.
  • The beneficiary has 12 months to book the experience.

3. Weather conditions

Weather conditions such as snow, frost, temperatures below 2°C, heavy rain, hail, fog, or strong wind may cancel the event.

4. Reservation modification

  • Changes are only allowed if a modification guarantee has been purchased.

5. Cancellation

  • After 14 days, cancellation is not allowed and no refund will be issued.

6. Participant obligations

  • Must hold a valid driving license.
  • Must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

7. Miscellaneous

The client must follow all safety instructions.

8. Liability

The participant releases FormulaGT.es (EPIC CARS, SL) from liability for damages or injuries.

9. Confidential information

All customer data will be treated as confidential.

10. Privacy protection

FormulaGT.es complies with privacy laws and protects customer data.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

12. Jurisdiction

Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
